The search for the final Relic has arrived. Subira and Tamala have been working on their own task while you’ve been hunting down the 4 Relics in Palia’s Royal Highlands.
The final Relic is back in the area where you first began the mission. Work with Eshelon again to obtain the last Relic, and reunite with Subira and Tamala.
Prerequisites For The ‘Cat’s In The Cradle’ Quest
There are a few quests you’ll need to complete to unlock the ‘Cat’s In The Cradle’ Quest. Here are the following quests you should do in Palia first:
- Complete the main story through ‘Answering The Call‘.
- Complete the Elderwood main story through ‘Even As A Dream‘.
- Complete the ‘A Royal Welcome‘ quest.
- Complete the ‘Administrative Access‘ quest.
- Complete the ‘A Stitch In Time‘ quest.
- Complete the ‘Somewhere That’s Green‘ quest.
- Complete the ‘Chasing Perfection‘ quest.
How To Get The ‘Cat’s In The Cradle’ Quest In Palia
To get the ‘Cat’s In The Cradle’ quest in Palia, you’ll need to complete the prerequisites. Once you complete ‘Chasing Perfection‘, you’ll automatically receive the quest.
You can check to see if you already have it by visiting the main menu ‘Quests’ section. You’ll find the quest in the ‘Main Story‘ tab under the ‘Main‘ category heading.
Meet Eshelon At The Palace Grounds
The last Relic is back at the Palace grounds. Meet Eshelon at the Palace grounds near the entrance to the area. It’s the general area where the Galdur Administrator was repaired.
You’ll need to reach the center of the hedge maze. When you reach the center a discussion will automatically begin.
Call Subira with an update on the situation. Search near Eshelon for a spot with swirling sparkles.
Interact with the location to contact Subira. Talk to Eshelon after the call.
Talk to Subira once she arrives. Return to the Beast inside the Palace hedge maze.
Talk to Hassian about the situation, the conversation should begin as you approach him. You can opt to go with him to the Central Stables in the Royal Highlands, which will teleport you, or you can opt to catch up later if you have other things you want to do first.
Approach Sifuu at the Central Stables to begin a conversation. You can again select to go with Sifuu and be teleported directly, or to meet them at the Palace maze later.
Talk to Tamala, who should be just outside the hedge maze. Place the Protection Charm from Sifuu at the brazier on the left in front of the maze.
Head back to the Beast at the center of the maze. A conversation will begin when you approach the maze center.
Talk to Subira about the situation. This will complete the quest. You’ll automatically receive the next one, ‘The Flames Of Ambition‘.
