The last big storm in Moonlight Peaks did some damage to your home. Ridge doesn’t think it will last through another serious storm, and wants to repair your roof.
Find out how to unlock this quest, and get your home on its way to becoming your cozy haven. While ruins might look vampire-y, sunlight streaming through the roof is…less desirable.

Prerequisites For The ‘A Roof Over Your Head’ Quest
To get the ‘A Roof Over Your Head’ quest, you’ll need to complete the following:
‘Register At Town Hall‘ quest.
Have or complete the ‘Meet The Townsfolk‘ quest.
Once you’ve completed this quest, Ridge should visit you when you leave your home. You can check the status of the quest in the ‘Quest Log’ portion of the menu screen.
Have Ridge Repair Your Roof
Once you’ve completed the prerequisites, and hopefully cleaned up the inside of your house a bit, you’ll be visited by Ridge. He’ll let you know the roof on your house won’t make it through another big storm.
He’ll fix it for you free of charge, but any further work he does on your house won’t be free. This time you’ll need to bring him 50 wood.
If you select the option that suggests 50 wood is excessive, he’ll accept 40 wood instead. Once you’ve collected the wood, you can talk to Ridge to give it to him.
He will tell you that he will start working on your roof the next evening, and that it will take 1 night to complete. The quest will complete after talking to Ridge. You’ll also get a Refiner recipe from Ridge when repairs are done.
