The cozy little town of Moonlight Peaks is growing with new, and very human, arrivals. In a town full of supernatural beings, it might be a little difficult for them to settle into a new life.
Join Ridge and Ludo to help the new arrivals feel welcome in their new home. Some of the new residents might need a little extra patience before they fit in.
Prerequisites For The ‘A New Beginning’ Quest
To get the ‘A New Beginning’ quest in Moonlight Peaks, you should do the following:
- Complete ‘The Magic of Crops‘ quest.
- Complete ‘The Quest For Mana‘ quest.
- Have or complete ‘The Need For Herbs‘ quest.
- Meet Skull Girl 3 times.
- (Tavern, 2 times north of farm near Yabbis)
- Use the Mana Extractor at least 1 time.
- Wait about 2 in-game days (Sunny weather, no holidays or events).
The event should happen when you enter town again under the right conditions. You can also check the status of the quest once you have it by visiting the ‘Quest Log’ part of the menu.
Summer seems to be the soonest you can run into Skull Girl and welcome the Hendersons. Venturing into town, to the tavern building, and into the section north of your farm will give you interactions with this mystery person as you complete the quests above.
Welcome The Hendersons
A new family is moving to Moonlight Peaks, so you’re no longer the newest resident. Ridge has asked Ludo to help make the Henderson’s home look nice.
Ludo, who avoids work if possible, doesn’t want to do it without some food first. He wants you to bring him a Fried Egg before he gets started on the house.
You’ll need to have a Barn and at least 1 Cheeken to get eggs. You should have the Fried Egg recipe available already, so once you have an egg you’ll have everything you need.
Interact with the Cooking Station to cook the Fried Egg. Once you have a Fried Egg of any quality, talk to Ludo to deliver it.
You’ll next need to get a welcome gift to give the Hendersons the following day. There is no direction from the game, so you can give anything in your inventory.
During the party you’ll be able to talk with a couple of the Hendersons and give your gift. The quest will complete at the end of the housewarming party.
