In Disney Dreamlight Valley, you’ve been tasked with finding friends who have been lost during The Forgetting. There are still realms out there that need your help.
You’ve been working on finding out what’s irking the gods in the Hercules Realm. Keep working with Hercules and Phil to get to the temple, and get some answers.

Prerequisites For ‘Thunderstruck’
Before you’ll be able to get the ‘Thunderstruck’ quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you’ll need to do the following first:
- Have access to the Dreamlight Valley castle.
- Unlock the Hercules Realm (14,000 Dreamlight).
- Complete the ‘Moonlighting As A Hero‘ quest.
- Complete the ‘Speedrun Crash Course‘ quest.
You can check the status of the ‘Thunderstruck’ quest by visiting the main menu ‘Quests’ section. The quest will appear with a Hercules icon.
Fix The Zeus Crest
There is a crest in the ground near the temple gates, but the symbol is in disarray. You’ll need to use the nearby levers to rearrange the pieces of the crest until they are correct.
If you have done the Storybook Vale expansion main story, you’ll be familiar with this mechanic. If not, experiment with the levers nearby.
Each lever will move a different section of the crest. The picture will not only have to be correct, but also in the correction orientation.
You may need to try facing the symbol in different directions to get it right. When you’ve fixed the crest, it will automatically produce a stand from the center of the crest.
Zeus Crest Solution Hint
The stormcloud part of the symbol should be facing the temple gates.
Pick up the item on the stand. Talk to Hercules when you’ve retrieved the object.
Interact with the Crafting Station near the temple gate. Use the Hercules shortcut icon at the top of the Crafting interface to access the recipe for the Golden Bracers.
You’ll need to have the following materials:
- 1 Stone Bracers Mold
- 6 Hephaestus Coals
- 10 Orichalcum Ore
- 10 Greek Marble Fragments
Interact with the pedestal near the temple gate to place the Golden Bracers. Talk to Phil once you’ve placed them.
Use the Hermes platform near the cliff’s edge to teleport back to the forest side, or use the exit shortcut near the temple entrance to go directly back to Dreamlight Valley.
Talk with the following villagers to get some jokes:
- Scrooge McDuck
- Merlin
- Goofy
Return to the Hercules Realm once you’ve collected the jokes. When you re-enter the realm, there will be a Hermes platform right at the entrance.
Interact with the platform to go straight back to Hercules and Phil at the temple gates. Talk to Hercules to tell him your favorite joke.
Pick up the Golden Bracers from the pedestal once they are glowing gold and hovering. Use the ‘Wardrobe’ function from your inventory to equip the bracers.
You can access the Golden Bracers easily by using the Hercules shortcut icon. Once the bracers are equipped, use your Royal Pickaxe to break the large rocks in front of the temple gate.
Once the rocks have disappeared, use the Royal Pickaxe again to break the large chain and lock at the gate. The gate will open, and you can follow Hercules and Phil inside.
Talk to Phil once you catch up to them in front of the family mosaic. This will complete the ‘Thunderstruck‘ quest, and give you the next quest, ‘A Real Godly Mess‘.
