Ever since you showed up in Palia, things have been…lively, to say the least. If you thought Jina’s excitement levels couldn’t possibly be any higher, you may be surprised.
Though Hekla tried to shield her from the knowledge of the Temple of the Roots, there’s no way Jina could miss the bright pink light shooting across the sky to the vault.
Prerequisites For ‘Strange Things Afoot’
To get the ‘Strange Things Afoot’ quest, you’ll need to complete the following main story quests:
Keeper of Roots
You can check the status of the quest any time in the ‘Quests’ section of the main menu. This quest is very short, taking only a few minutes.
Talk To Jina
You’ll need to talk to Jina to ask her about the glowing staff in the pink beam of light. She has some theories, and can tell you where the beam of light seemed to come from.
This may leave you with more questions than answers, but she reminds you that it’s important to tell Subira and wait for word from the Order before taking any more action regarding the staff.
This should lead into the next quest called ‘Troubled Waters’.
