The Order is a group in Palia who enforce the laws. They also keep tabs on those who might be causing mischief or endangering people
Currently, there’s some government red-tape that means the Ancient Library needs to be locked up. Only qualified people should be allowed to investigate, so Jina wonders if you can become a qualified individual.
Prerequisites For The ‘Field School’ Quest

To get the ‘Field School’ quest in Palia, you’ll need to do the following:
Have Jina at friendship level 5.
Complete the ‘Open The Door‘ quest.
Complete the ‘Cheer Up‘ quest.
You can check the status of the quest by navigating to the ‘Quests’ section of the main menu.
Meet Subira And Jina In The Ancient Library

Once you arrive at the Ancient Library near the Mirror Pond Ruins, talk to Subira or Jina. You’ve obviously come in the middle of a discussion about the fate of the library.
During the conversation, it becomes clear that if you want to continue to explore and investigate your own history, you’ll need to get some special clearance.
Meet Jina back at your house after the discussion. Talk to Jina to find out what you need to do first to become certified as a Cultural Advisor.
Head to the Temple of the Waves to map the area. You’ll see sparkling areas, and you’ll simply need to interact with them to “map” the area.
The first mapping area is in the main entryway with the water basin in the middle. Interact with the sparkling spot to complete one set of maps.
Location For First Mapping Area

The second mapping area is in the main temple area in the lowest level. Interact to fill out another map.
Location For Second Mapping Area

The third mapping area is in the room with the blue water symbol door, and bookcases.
Location For Third Mapping Area

The fourth mapping area requires you to ride the geyser to the uppermost level. The interactive area will be on the way to the sliding fish puzzle.
Location For Fourth Mapping Area

Once all 4 locations have been mapped, the quest will update to a new objective. You’ll need to find Jina in the temple and talk to her.
Head back to the main entrance area with the water basin. Jina should be waiting for you there.
Find Relics And Clues In The Temple

In addition to being able to accurately map ruins, you’ll need to prove your ability to keep careful records of anything you find in them.
You’ll need to find 4 relics or clues, and remember the context of where they were found. Jina mentions she will ask about the context later.
All 4 of the relics, or clues, you’ll need will be located in the same room. It’s the room to the right of the room with the water-symbol door.
Check all 4 clues, including reading the tablet. Return to Jina and try to answer her questions.
Next, you’ll need to wait for a reply in the mail from the Bahari Institute. You should receive the letter during the next mail delivery.
Tell Jina the results of the letter you received. Since the Ancient Library is off-limits, you’ll need to use the option to talk to Jina from the doorway during the day, or wait for her to be at the Kilima Village library.
