A mysterious floating island has appeared for a limited time in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Venture to a new place to explore, enjoy photo opportunities, and collect rewards in the Parks Floating Festival 2026 event.
On the Parks Floating Festival island, the decorating is already done. You only need to interact with certain areas, find clues to solve puzzles, and return to your valley with the reward loot.

How To Participate In The ‘Parks Floating Festival’
To participate in the Parks Floating Festival, you should head to the Plaza. There should be a special portal there to bring you to the floating island.
You can also travel there by visiting the ‘Event’ tab in the main menu. In the ‘Description’ section you’ll see a ‘Teleport’ button.
The button will take you to the Parks Floating Festival island, or if you use it while you’re still on the island, it will take you back to the regular valley. You can also interact with the Dreamlight well which will teleport you back to the valley.
Once you’re on the island, you’ll need to:
- Collect Parks Floating Festival Plastic Scraps
- Solve Puzzles
Solve The ‘Parks Floating Festival’ Island Puzzles
The Parks Floating Festival island has many places to explore. You’ll have things you can interact with for cute animations and sound, as well as mysterious puzzles.
There are puzzle hints in the ‘Event’ section of the main menu. As they unlock, you’ll be able to see a picture with the location of a puzzle origin or puzzle hint.
Find the matching place on the Parks Floating Festival island and interact with sparkling spots to gain more information about solving the puzzles, or in some cases, to access the actual puzzle.
Garbage Can Puzzle
When you’ve collected enough Parks Floating Festival Plastic Scraps, interact with the sparkling Garbage Cans on the island. You’ll be able to give it all the scraps you’ve found.

When you’ve collected the proper amount, you’ll receive a reward: Your very own Adventureland Trash Bins. A clean floating island is already its own reward, but you can never have too many furniture items.

You’ll need to collect a total of 20 Parks Floating Festival Plastic Scraps for the reward.
Overgrown Weed Puzzle
Read the book at the base of the Founder’s Statue on the Parks Floating Festival island. There is a treasure chest against the outside of the cinema (theater/theatre) building.
Collect the treasure, and find the book in your inventory. It will be called ‘Plant-A-Way Potion Recipe‘. Use it from your inventory to learn the recipe.
To make the potion, you’ll need the following:
- 10 Purple Falling Penstemons
- 3 Aquamarines
- 3 Garnets
- 1 Empty Vial (3 Glass)
| The crafting bench on the floating island may not work properly. You should be able to craft the Empty Vial at another bench in your valley. |
Use the potion from your inventory to apply it to your Royal Watering Can. Water the large toothy weeds around the floating island.
Overgrown Weed Puzzle Reward
You’ll get your very own Carnivorous Plant as a reward once you remove all the overgrown weeds from the island.
Adventureland Puzzle
There is a wooden frame with the title “Adventureland” at the top. If you approach, there should be a sparkly area that allows you to interact.
This should provide you a literal puzzle to solve. Move the pieces into the correct position. Use corner and edge pieces to make the solution easier.

Once you’ve completed the puzzle, you’ll unlock a special entrance. Interact with the entrance area to find another puzzle: The Puzzle Wall.
Adventureland Puzzle Reward
You’ll receive your own Adventureland Entry Arch to place in your valley as a reward for solving the puzzle.
Adventureland Puzzle Solution
There will be an entirely new area to explore with picture opportunities. You’ll be able to interact with the areas to invite villagers for photos using the in-game camera function.
The Puzzle Wall
The Puzzle Wall has 4 columns numbered 1-4 in Roman Numerals (I, II, III, IV). Each column has a spot you can interact with to turn a spinning object.
Each face of the object shows a different picture coordinating with an animal. There are birds, snakes, monkeys, and squirrels represented.
When you’ve completed the puzzle correctly, you’ll receive a reward pouch.

You’ll need to count the number of animals on the Parks Floating Festival island to get the proper order arrangement for the puzzle.

Set the columns to the following animals:
- I = Snake
- II = Birds
- III = Monkeys
- IV = Squirrels
Puzzle Wall Reward
Once you’ve solved the Puzzle Wall, you’ll receive a Jungle Cruise Entrance furniture piece.
