Prerequisites For The ‘Dress To Impress’ Quest
To get the ‘Dress To Impress’ quest in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, you’ll first need to do the following:
- Complete the ‘Power Up The Gate‘ quest.
- Complete the ‘Open The Nature Preserve‘ quest.
- Complete the ‘Re-Haunt The Spooky Swamp‘ quest.
- Complete the ‘Comic Relief‘ quest.
- Complete the ‘Tabled Treasure‘ quest.
- Complete the ‘Tuxedosam’s Dye Upgrade‘ quest.
- Have Tuxedosam at Friendship Level 5 or higher.
You can check to see if you have the quest by looking in your main menu ‘Quests’ section. In the ‘Active Quests’, you’ll need to look in the ‘Around The Island‘ category for the quest.
Talk To My Melody
To get this quest started, talk to My Melody. She’ll let you know that she’s in need of some fashion assistance.
Everyone on Friendship Island knows Tuxedosam is the person to talk to when you’re in a fashion crisis, or fashion slump. Visit Tuxedosam and talk to him about the dilemma.
He’ll explain there are a few key elements to good fashion and encourage you to use the Dye Station. Interact with the Dye Station in his shop, or your own Dye Station, to dye some clothing.
You can choose a dyable clothing item and then recolor it. The color options you have available may depend upon what dyes you have access to use.
After you dye at least 1 item, talk to Tuxedosam again. Next interact with the mirror in the shop, or one of your own.
Choose an accessory and equip it. Talk to Tuxedosam after you’ve chosen an accessory you like. The quest will complete after he tells you the mysterious third thing you’ll need for unbeatable fashion.
