It’s time to put the mystery of the missing Logan Crest to rest in Moonlight Peaks. Work with Ludo to get the crest back.
Meet Yabbis, a large and lovable toad, and test your negotiating skills. Getting the crest back might be just what the town needs, if you can get your hands on it.
Prerequisites For The ‘A Croak And A Crest’ Quest
To get the ‘A Croak And A Crest’ quest in Moonlight Peaks, you’ll need to complete the following:
- ‘Register At Town Hall‘
- ‘Meet The Townsfolk‘
- ‘A Bridge Too Far‘
- ‘Tension In The Crest Garden‘
- Mine ore in the Echo Caves.
You can check the status of the quest by checking the menu ‘Quest Log’. The quest objectives will update as you complete tasks.
Visit The Howling Marshes
You’ll need to search the Howling Marshes area to find Yabbis, who has eaten the missing family crest. He’s not going to give it back easily though; you’ll need to give him something in return.
He’ll agree to give the crest back if you provide him with a Copper Bar instead. You’ll need a Furnace to make a Copper Bar.
If you don’t have a Furnace yet, you’ll need to go mining in the new area that opened up after the cursed bridge was fixed. Dig up some Copper Ore with your Rusty Pickaxe.
You’ll need to wait until the next day to receive the Furnace blueprint from Ridge in the mail. You’ll need 4 Copper Ore and 1 Charcoal to make a Copper Bar.
When you have the Copper Bar, find Yabbis in the forest. Meet Ludo there and give Yabbis the Copper Bar.
The easiest way to reach Yabbis in the forest is to take the path on your farm that heads north. It should be located near your house, but may have trees blocking the view of the path.
Once you get the Logan Crest back, return to the Crest Garden. This will complete the quest.
