Salt Crystals are only available in the Storybook Vale expansion. Salt Crystals are found by fishing in still water, so avoid ripples if you’re trying to collect Salt Crystals.
You may sometimes get Salt Crystals while fishing in ripples, but your chances of getting them are much better if you stick to still water.
