With the Palia game patch, 0.195, we can welcome Fall along with a whole new skill. Ranching is the skill addition for the ‘Fall Fantasy: Of Barns and Briars’ update.
You should be visited by Badruu for this particular quest. He’ll show up at your housing plot with a plan his wife has to dominate the next faire, with an emphasis on the new ranching skill.
Prerequisites For The ‘Faire Fun: Intro’ Quest
You may need to progress a little in-game before you can unlock Bulletin Bundles. Your first visit may be from Kenli, but the visitors will vary depending upon the bundles.
- Complete building your house.
Or
- Complete your first add-on.
While the quest is active, you can check it in the ‘Quests’ section of the main menu. It will show up in the ‘Main Story’ tab, in the ‘Guide’ section. It’s a short quest and will automatically complete when you check the Bulletin Board in Kilima Village.
Talk To Badruu
When Badruu appears at your housing plot, talk to him to begin the quest. His wife Delaila has some big plans to beat her long-time rival Maize at the next faire.
Plans this big require help from multiple people, and that means you’re being requested to assist in the grand scheme. Head to the center of Kilima Village, just outside the Town Hall.
Interact with the Bulletin Board at the center monument to complete the quest. You’ll see 4 bundles with lists of items to donate to the bundles.
If you’re able to complete all 4 bundles, you should receive the Rancher’s Decor Recipe Starter Pack.
