After exploring The Statue’s Shadow area in ‘The Marble Colossus’ quest, you found another Mythic Trial to pass. The trials must be passed in order for you to venture forward into Mount Olympus.
Hades is very interested in getting to Mount Olympus, so you’ll be able to get his help as you navigate the new Mythic Trial.
Prerequisites For ‘Losing Your Marbles’
To get the ‘Losing Your Marbles’ quest, you’ll first need to do the following:
Unlock The Elysian Fields
Unlock The Fiery Plains
Unlock The Statue’s Shadow
Complete ‘The Marble Colossus’ Quest‘
You’ll be able to check the status of the quest anytime in the main menu under the ‘Quests’ section.
Enter The Mythic Trial In The Statue’s Shadow
The first quest objective for ‘Losing Your Marbles’ is to enter the Mythic Trial. You already activated the entrance in the previous quest, ‘The Marble Colossus’.
When you enter the trial, you’ll arrive on a marble platform. Hades will be waiting on a platform one level down. There’s a set of stairs to the left that will take you there.
Hades should have a quest marker above his head, and will be standing near an interactive pillar. Talk to Hades to get started on your trial.
You’ll need to pull the lever nearby to lower the drawbridge. Hades’ plans don’t quite work out though, and he’ll open the locked gate to allow you down the next set of stairs on the right.

You’ll have to find a way to prop, or hold up, the drawbridge. Hades will be waiting for you near some building supplies. Talk to him again to continue.
Fish in the sand pool to pull a marble base up that can redirect the energy flow. You’ll see a green treasure chest as you follow the energy beam. There’s also a wheel on a stand. Use the Royal Net on the wheel to activate another energy stream.
Return to the stack of marble near Hades. One of the sides will allow you to interact with the marble to “push” it along the energy beam path. You’ll need to interact 5 times to get it to the proper position.
Go back up the stairs to test the drawbridge. Talk to Hades first, then try pulling the lever again.
Once you cross to the next area, talk to Hades again. He’ll tell you to use the wheel on a stand nearby to rotate the bridge. Use the Royal Net spin function to activate it.
The first platform the bridge will rotate to has a green treasure chest blocked by large rocks. You can remove them with your pickaxe to get to the treasure.
Return to the wheel stand and use your Royal Net again. Use it again to get back to Hades and chat with him about the situation.
Follow Hades down the stairs nearby to the lower level. There’s another pallet of marble you can move to prevent the bridge from swinging past the desired stopping point.
Use your Royal Watering Can on the small water wheel opposite from the pallet of marble. This should lower the marble base so the energy path continues.
Next, travel to the opposite side of the area where there’s a wheel stand hemmed in by large rock formations. You can use the Royal Pickaxe to remove them.
Once the rocks are cleared, use the Royal Net to activate the wheel. Return to the pallet of marble and interact with it 4 times to put it in the correct position.
Follow Hades back up the stairs to the rotating bridge platform. Talk to him, then use your Royal Net 2 times to put the bridge in the proper spot.
Cross to the next area and interact with the marble pallet to get it out of the way. Remove the rocks with your Royal Pickaxe, and use your Royal Watering Can on the water wheel to lower the marble base.
Interact 2 times with the marble pallet to push it into the proper spot. You should now be able to access a green treasure chest. You’ll need to remove some marble pillars with your Royal Pickaxe before opening the chest.
Follow Hades to the corrupted brazier. Interact with it to exit the Mythic Trial and cleanse the corruption from it. Now it’s time to clear the ink wall from Mount Olympus if you haven’t already.
