Aladdin is on the hunt for more treasure in Disney Dreamlight Valley. He wants to find something for Jasmine that will be more impressive than what she had at her palace.
Help Aladdin with his various ideas to get something suitable for Jasmine. Maybe you can even remind him of an important lesson along the way.
Prerequisites For The ‘All That Glitters’ Quest
To get the ‘All That Glitters’ quest, you’ll need to do the following first:
- Have Aladdin at friendship level 7 or higher.
- Progress with Belle.
- Unlock the following characters:
- Ariel
- Maui
- Rapunzel
- Unlock the Sunlit Plateau.
- Complete the ‘Bring Your Own Carpet‘ quest.
You can check the status of the quest any time in the main menu ‘Quests’ section. It will appear with an Aladdin icon, but some of the requirements may show as “???” under a ‘Hidden Requirement’ heading.
Talk To Aladdin
To get the ‘All That Glitters’ quest, talk to Aladdin once all the prerequisites have been met. You’ll need to help him gather some special flowers for Jasmine.
Gather the following:
- 4 Yellow Flowers
- 6 Purple Flowers
Once you have collected enough of the appropriately-colored flowers, talk to Aladdin to give them to him. Follow him and listen to his conversation with Jasmine.
Talk to Aladdin after he gives the flowers to Jasmine. Head to the island where Ariel was stranded.
Talk to Aladdin once you arrive on Ariel’s island. Investigate the island for clues about the treasure.
Treasure Clue Answer
You’ll need to find a golden sun piece, and then locate a taller rock with a piece missing out of it. Interact with the rock to place the sun in it.
After you’ve found the 2 clues, talk to Aladdin. Dig a promising spot multiple times to access a mysterious pillar on Ariel’s island.
You’ll need to search for 2 more pieces of the pillar. You can fish one out of orange/gold fishing ripples.
The last piece will be stashed inside a barrel on the beach. If you approach the barrel, you’ll be able to interact with it to get the piece.
Interact with the base pillar you dug up to place all the pieces back together. Talk to Aladdin for the next steps.
Take a picture of the pillar using the in-game camera function. Interact with the pillar to investigate it.
Return to Dreamlight Valley to ask around for more information. Talk to the following villagers about the pillar:
- Maui
- Ariel
- Rapunzel
Return to Ariel’s island after asking about the pillar. Talk to Jasmine when you get there.
Interact with the rock you placed the sun in to get a hint about how to properly rotate the pillar blocks. You’ll need to stand on different sides of the pillar to rotate different blocks.
Once you’ve solved the puzzle, you’ll be able to collect a treasure. It will appear on a nearby rock.
Pillar Puzzle Answer
The bottom pillar block should be a seed, the middle should be a water drop, and the top block should be the flower.
Talk to Aladdin to give him the treasure. This will complete the quest.
