In Palia, Winterlights may be over, but the snowy season is still in full swing. The new 0.199 update, ‘Winter’s Wonder: Snowbound Sanctuary‘, brings us even more cozy fun.
Find out about the new bulletin board challenge for this update and what you’ll need. You’ll have about a month (roughly) to try and obtain all the rewards.
Prerequisites For The ‘Winter Skitters: Intro’ Quest
To get the new bulletin board quest in Palia, ‘Winter Skitters: Intro’, you’ll need to do the following:
- Complete building your home.
Or
- Complete your first add-on.
If you’ve already been able to do bulletin board quests, you should be able to obtain the current bulletin board quest.
Talk To Elouisa
The first thing you’ll need to do to get the quest is find the bulletin board in the town square. It is in the center of Kilima Village at the monument in front of Town Hall.
You should see an exclamation point over the bulletin board. Interact with the bulletin board to accept the ‘Winter Skitters: Intro’ quest.
Once you accept the quest, you’ll need to talk to Elouisa. Elouisa is concerned that she hasn’t seen the Winter Skitterer, which could mean a bad Spring. Oh, and the loss of a soul.
There will be 4 bundles total on the bulletin board. You’ll also be able to check daily and weekly tasks, as well as villager requests for the entire week by clicking the ‘Discover’ option.
When you complete bundles you’ll:
- Increase friendship with Elouisa.
- Obtain Lunar Path experience.
- Obtain Kilima Coins.
- Acquire the following decor items when completing the ‘Outro’ quest:
- Woodland Deco Wallpaper
- Desert Deco Wallpaper
- Eclectic Flooring
- Maji’s Mark Flooring

You’ll have until the next update patch to donate to the bulletin bundles and receive the rewards. Be sure to complete the ‘Outro’ quest once you finish the bundles to receive all the possible rewards.
