Every day is special in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, but birthdays are extra fun. My Melody has been one of the hardest-working residents of Friendship Island, and it’s her birthday on January 18th.
Team up with some of the other island residents to find out how the party plans are going. Help the residents, and celebrate My Melody’s special day.
What To Collect For My Melody’s Birthday
Birthdays are important in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. It’s a time to celebrate your best friends on Friendship Island.
My Melody is always kind, caring, and helpful. She has everyone’s best interests at heart, and this is the time to celebrate everything awesome about her.
Collect the following items for a chance to acquire My Melody Decorating Kits:
- Pineapples
- Rubber
- Sand Dollars
- Coconuts
You’ll need My Melody Decorating Kits if you want to be able to give My Melody a special birthday cake. Cook 1 Flour and 1 My Melody Decorating Kit together for My Melody’s special cake.
How To Get ‘The Perfect Present’ Birthday Quest
To get the celebration started, you’ll first need to talk to Hello Kitty. The other residents of Friendship Island want to work together to create a special gift for My Melody.
You’ll need to talk to the following residents to find out what they’re doing:
- Keroppi
- Badtz-maru
- Kuromi
All three should be at the pier near Tuxedosam’s shop in Seaside Resort. You’ll need to talk to Badtz-maru to begin the conversation.
You’ll need to gather the following items to help with their surprise:
- 5 Spinip
- 5 Glowberries
Use the gift function to give Kuromi the items you gathered (or already have in your inventory). Next Badtz-maru will chat with you about his plan that involves comic books.
Give Badtz-maru any 1 comic book using the gift function. You’ll need to help Keroppi by giving him the following items:
- 5 Wood Blocks
- 2 Sticks
Once you’ve given Keroppi the items using the gift function, talk to Hello Kitty. Head to the Dance Hall in Gemstone Mountain.
Talk to My Melody once you enter the Dance Hall. You’ll receive a My Melody Party Favor to commemorate the celebration, along with the My Melody Birthday Balloons crafting blueprint.
To make the My Melody Birthday Balloons, you’ll need the following:
- 25 Rubber
- 5 Iron
- 15 Flour
The balloons, party favor, and cake can all be placed as decor in cabins. You can also give My Melody her special birthday cake using the gift function.
