The 0.198 Palia update, ‘Winter’s Wonder: Home for Winterlights’, has a few changes in store. There are some quality-of-life changes, as well as some new opportunities to earn rewards in the game.
This is also the time for the Winterlights celebration in Palia. Get ready for some snowy revelry while enjoying the new changes and reward structure.
Prerequisites For The ‘Bulletin Blitz’ Quest
To get the ‘Bulletin Blitz’ quest from Kenli, you’ll need to have completed one of the following:
- Complete building your initial house.
Or
- Complete your first add-on.
You can check the status of the ‘Bulletin Blitz’ quest in the main menu ‘Quests’ section. It will be in the ‘Main Story’ tab under the ‘Guide‘ category.
Talk To Kenli
To get the ‘Bulletin Blitz’ quest, talk to Kenli when he arrives at your housing plot. Kenli has thought of some changes to help Kilima Village residents.
You’ll need to visit the Bulletin Board in the center of town, just outside the Town Hall building. When you interact with the board, you’ll see a pop-up window offering you a quest called ‘Home For The Holidays‘.
There’s one option on the pop-up window, which is to accept the quest. You’ll see a ‘Bundles & Dailies’ tab which showcases the new reward path. An additional tab called ‘Weeklies’ is shown at the top of the screen.
The Weeklies section shows all the different Palia skills, and the tasks which award special skill-based currency for the week. To the left, there’s an option to ‘Discover’ the weekly requests of villagers.
If you click ‘Discover’, the villager’s requests now appear in the ‘Relationships’ section without having to wait. All 4 weekly requests for villagers can be seen on the relationship screen.
After viewing the bulletin board, visit with Kenli. You’ll be able to exchange Kilima Coins at the podium near the Town Hall front desk for in-game rewards.
