In Disney Dreamlight Valley, you’ve already dealt with the Forgetting and many of the side effects. In Wishblossom Ranch, the Pixie Dust is being depleted.
Whether this is another side effect of the Forgetting or not, you’ll need to help everyone in order to find another horse friend, and free another Wishblossom flower from the decay.
Prerequisites For ‘Crystal Caverns: Glamour Gulch’
To get the ‘Crystal Caverns: Glamour Gulch’ quest, you’ll need to do the following:
- Purchase the Wishblossom Ranch expansion.
- Complete the introductory Dreamlight Valley quests.
- Complete the introductory Wishblossom Ranch quests up to:
- Have the Crystal Key in your inventory. (Necessary to start quest)
You can check the status of the quest any time once it’s available. You’ll find it in the main menu ‘Quests’ section.
Talk To Tinker Bell
To begin the ‘Crystal Caverns: Glamour Gulch’ quest, you’ll need to talk to Tinker Bell. She’ll be waiting for you at the Wishblossom Heart.
| Make sure the Crystal Key from Cruella is in your inventory whenever you are ready to take on the Crystal Cavern challenge. |
Follow Tinker Bell after you give her the key. She will lead you to a spot nearby.
Talk to her once she has a quest marker above her head. Stairs will appear that will lead you to another Crystal Cavern within the Wishblossom Heart.
Enter the Crystal Cavern. Use Maximus to leap across the chasm.
You can use the quick swap feature to change out your mount right inside the cavern. Proceed until you arrive at an elevator.
You’ll need to use Maximus’ ability to track scents for the next part. Interact with the elevator lever base so Maximus can start tracking the scent of the missing lever.
Follow the scent trail to the lever. Return to the elevator and interact with the lever base to fix it.
Interact with the fixed lever to lower a platform nearby. You’ll continue to use Maximus to cross the chasm using the platform.
Continue until you come to the Wishblossom of Ambition. As you approach, the giant Wishblossom will automatically talk to you.
You’ll need to break the 3 strange red decay crystals. Begin to the left of the Ambition Wishblossom.
There’s a drawbridge that needs to be lowered. The lever to this lever panel is also missing. Use Maximus’ scent location ability to find the missing lever.
Interact with the lever panel while riding Maximus to pick up the scent. Follow the red scent orbs to the missing lever piece. You’ll need to use Maximus’ jumping ability to get to the lever.
Once you have the lever, return to the drawbridge. Interact with the lever base to put the lever back. Interact again to lower the drawbridge.
The Blue Area
Cross the bridge and use Maximus’ ability to leap over the water. In the new area, head to the left and interact with a lever.
On the right side of the area, you’ll need to use your Wishblossom Horse’s push ability. Move the ranch boulder out of the way. You’ll then be able to get to the other lever.
Interact with the lever. You should now have two platforms crossing the large body of water.
Use Maximus to leap across the platforms to get to the other side of the area. Continue along the path until you come to the decay crystal.
Interact with the crystal to destroy it. There will be an elevator next to the crystal. Interact with the lever inside the elevator to return to the lower level of the cavern.
The Pink Area
Continue left to the next elevator. It’s full of barrels, so you’ll need to interact with the lever to raise the elevator out of the way.
You can use Maximus’ ability to jump across the water. Interact with the red decay crystal to destroy it.
The Green Area
Continue to the tunnel opening. In the next cavern room, cross the water with Maximus and interact with the lever across the water from the drawbridge to lower it.
Return to the ranch boulder and use a Wishblossom Horse push ability to move it across the drawbridge and onto the platform in front of the drawbridge.
Stand on the other platform nearby once you have the boulder on the other platform. This should open the blocked tunnel.
Take the tunnel and then interact with the decay crystal there to destroy it. You can use Maximus to jump across to the main area right from the location of the crystal you destroyed.
Talk to the Wishblossom of Ambition. You’ll then be able to use Khan as a mount. Approach Khan and choose the ‘Ride’ option.
You should be facing some stairs, and a boarded-up tunnel path. Use Khan’s ability to break through the barricade.
Approach the boarded-up tunnel, and interact to destroy it. Break through the remaining barricades with Khan’s ability until you reach the shortcut exit.
Interact with the ‘Exit’ option to return to the Wishblossom of Heart. You’ll automatically have a discussion with Tinker Bell and the quest will complete.
