Events in Hello Kitty Island Adventure (HKIA) are usually fun ways to keep busy and get cool in-game items. There’s usually a theme, and a purpose to the event. The Scholastic Celebration event is to celebrate teamwork.
Not everyone is as into sports as our friend Pochacco, but don’t worry. This isn’t only about sports, because teamwork is important in many facets of life, but rather about the whole idea of team spirit. Though, fair warning: rewards may bring back memories of gym class.
How To Participate In The ‘Scholastic Celebration’ Event
Although this celebration is about team spirit, it also reminds us of the back-to-school part of the year as well. The game pays homage to this memory with a school-related collectible.
To participate in this ‘Scholastic Celebration’, here’s what you can do:
- Login daily to get event-themed rewards.
- Collect Pencil Cases. Open the Pencil Cases to obtain Erasers.
- Complete daily quests to get extra Erasers.
| To open Pencil Cases, check your backpack. The tab with the backpack symbol should hold your Pencil Cases. They’ll be blue. Just select the Pencil Case icon, and you should get the option to open the cases. |
Make sure to login as often as you can, and complete the daily quests to get as many Erasers as possible. Check any new in-game mail as well, since you’ll sometimes receive extra rewards during events.
How To Use Erasers In The ‘Scholastic Celebration’ Event
After you collect Pencil Cases and Erasers, you’ll need to do something with them, right? There’s a special ‘Scholastic Celebration’ event booth located right in the Resort Plaza.
Bring Erasers to the booth, and interact to see all the special prizes you can obtain by trading the Erasers. Depending upon the platform you use for HKIA, you may either have multiple tabs of rewards when interacting with the booth, or you may need to visit My Melody’s and Tuxedosam’s shops to check for additional rewards.
If you’re trying to collect as many items as possible in the game, check the ‘Collections’ section of the main menu. In ‘Collections’ you can visit the ‘Events’ section to find out exactly how many rewards exist for this specific event.
This list includes past rewards as well, and there are currently 47 total rewards for the 2025 ‘Scholastic Celebration’. Even if you can’t obtain them all, they should still be accessible during future events.
