Nothing says ‘rise and shine’ like a tasty, sunny egg. Unless you’re allergic, then no eggs for you, sorry. Maybe coffee instead?
You may be in for a new tasty treat if you help Pekkle and Pompompurin with an idea. Check the prerequisites to find out how to get the quest.
Prerequisites For The ‘An Egg-Cellent Pan’ Quest

To get this quest you’ll need to have a few things done:
Have Pekkle at friendship level 8.
Complete the ‘Rockadoodler Roundup‘ quest.
Have access to the Gemstone Mountain area.
Have Keroppi at frienship level 2.
Have access to the net tool.
Once you’ve met the prerequisites, you can talk to Pekkle to begin the quest. It should appear in your quest log under the “Right Tools” section once you can accept it.
Talk To Pekkle

You should find Pekkle at the Gemstone Town fast-travel waypoint. He may be in a different location if you have an in-progress quest with him.
Once you chat with him, you’ll need to head to the corral. If you’ve unlocked the Gemstone Corral fast-travel waypoint it’s the easiest way to get there.
You’ll find Pekkle and Pompompurin waiting for you just south of the corral entrance. Talk to Pekkle once again to continue the quest progress.
They’ll let you know that they just want to watch you play Rockadoodler Roundup. If you haven’t played it yet, you’ll have to pay a game ticket to the Nul in the corral entrance.
Rockadoodlers will race around near the corral. You try to catch as many as possible during the allotted time limit. You can use a Speedy Walking Potion to make it easier to chase down the Rockadoodlers.
After playing at least one round of Rockadoodler Roundup, return to Pekkle and chat with him.
Gather And Craft Materials

It seems like the Rockadoodler Roundup game inspired Pompompurin. They have an idea for new dishes to cook, but they need a campfire first.
You’ll need to gather and craft the following items:
- 10 Ingots
- 10 Woodblock
To craft the above items, you’ll need to gather:
- 30 Iron pieces
- 50 Sticks or 70 Coconut
You can use a combination of sticks and coconuts if you have both of those woodblock recipes unlocked. You can view your unlocked recipes by interacting with any crafting bench.
You can check your inventory to make sure you have enough ingots and woodblocks, or just check the quest log. If you have enough materials, it will show a green number next to the items in the quest log.
Use the gift function to give Pompompurin the supplies for the campfire. Next, you’ll need to interact with the new campfire to try cooking an omelet.
You can add 1 coral milk to the egg to receive a regular omelet dish. Use the gift function to let Pompompurin try the new omelet.
This will complete the quest, and you’ll receive crafting plans to make your own Egg Pan Station.
