Olaf’s idea to celebrate everything special in Disney Dreamlight Valley’s original biomes is coming to life with the installation of the Grand Exhibition building. Each biome has its own flora and fauna to showcase.
To fill up the Grand Exhibition building, though, Olaf will need your help. Collect necessary items to turn the empty Grand Exhibition building into a proper display of valley memories.

Prerequisites For The ‘Grand Exhibition: Aquarium’ Quest
Before you can get the ‘Grand Exhibition: Aquarium’ quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you’ll need to do the following things:
- Unlock the Frosted Heights biome.
- Complete ‘The Great Blizzard’ quest.
- Fix the Pillar of Love in Frosted Heights.
- Unlock Olaf.
- Begin the ‘Olaf’s Grand Exhibition’ questline.
How To Get The ‘Grand Exhibition: Aquarium’ Quest
To get the ‘Grand Exhibition: Aquarium’ quest, you’ll need to complete the prerequisites and begin ‘Olaf’s Grand Exhibition’ quest. Once you reach a certain point in ‘Olaf’s Grand Exhibition’, you’ll automatically receive this quest.
Gather Gemstones In The Peaceful Meadow
To unock the aquarium feature, you’ll need to first gather each gemstone that can be found in the Peaceful Meadow. Collect 1 of each of the following:
- Garnet
- Shiny Garnet
- Peridot
- Shiny Peridot
- Onyx
Head to the Grand Exhibition buildling and visit the Peaceful Meadow room. Interact with the display case showing the gemstone symbol on the front of it.
Place all the gemstones into the display case. You will need to have them in your inventory, since it won’t allow you to pull items from your storage for this.
A curtain will open to reveal an aquarium. You’ll need to donate 1 of each of the following fish from the Peaceful Meadow:
- Bass
- Bream
- Catfish
- Rainbow Trout
Once you have 1 of each fish, return to the Grand Exhibition building. Interact with the pedestal in front of the aquarium to donate the fish.
The fish you can donate will have a quest marker on them. Festive versions of the fish won’t be accepted as donations.
Once the fish have all been donated you’ll receive a red treasure chest reward. This will automatically end the quest.
