The tricky part about recipes is finding them in the first place, and sometimes cooking them. Luckily, this Macaron recipe is one of the easiest recipes you can cook in the game.
How To Get The Macaron Recipe In Palia
To get the macaron recipe in Palia, you’ll need to travel to Bahari Bay. If you’re at your housing plot, you can take the Bahari Bay exit and travel south to the main Flooded Steps walkway.
You should see a dirt pile with swirling sparkles. Interact with the dirt pile to obtain “A Very Old…Grocery List?” item.
Access your inventory, and navigate to the quest section of the inventory. It should be the tab marked with an exclamation point.
Find the list in your inventory, and then read it. Once you read it, you’ll automatically receive a quest called ‘The Great Human Bake-Off‘.
You’ll need to ask people about the list. You can talk to the following people:
- Reth
- Einar
- Jina
- Hekla
Once you’ve talked to the right people, you’ll receive the Macaron recipe automatically.
Cooking Macaraons
To cook Macarons in Palia, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- 1 Flour
- 1 Milk
- 1 Sweet Leaf
You’ll also need to have 2 Mixing Stations set up for this recipe. Normal quality Macarons will provide 100 Focus Points and will sell for 21 gold coins.
Star-quality Macarons will provide 150 Focus Points, and will sell for 30 gold coins. Star-quality dishes can also be placed as decorations in your housing plot.
Once you’ve made some Macarons, the quest should update. Return to Hekla to show her the results of the new recipe.
