Palia is a multiplayer immersive cozy game. You can farm, mine, craft, decorate a home, and of course, cook. In Palia, you’ll sometimes need to find recipes in order to make them.
You can find recipes by interacting with recipe books all over Kilima Village and Bahari Bay, but other recipes require a little more to obtain.
How To Get The Pumpkin Stew Recipe
To get the Pumpkin Stew recipe in Palia, you’ll need to advance with the Cooking Skill. Reth is the Cooking Skill mentor, and you can check your progress in the character menu that displays all your skill levels.
You’ll need to reach level 8 Cooking Skill before you can obtain the Pumpkin Stew recipe from Reth. To get the recipe, interact with Reth and choose the shop icon.
The recipe should be listed in his shop, and as long as you meet the Cooking Skill requirements (and have enough gold) you can obtain the Pumpkin Stew recipe. The Pumpkin Stew recipe costs 2,500 gold.
Cooking Pumpkin Stew
Cooking in Palia is a bit more complex than in some other games. There are multiple cooking stations involved depending on the recipe used.
Pumpkin Stew requires you to use 3 types of cooking stations:
- 2 Stoves
- Mixing Station
- Prep Station
You’ll also need the following ingredients to make the stew:
- 1 Red Meat (any type)
- 1 Spice Sprout
- 1 Rockhopper Pumpkin
- 1 Onion
- 1 Heat Root
Normal quality Pumpkin Stew will provide 500 Focus Points and sells for 48 gold. Star-quality Pumpkin Stew will provide 750 Focus Points and sells for 72 gold. Star quality cooked dishes can also be placed in housing plots as decorations.
