We’ve all probably heard someone mention “Spring Cleaning” before, but it seems like My Melody is taking it very literally, and seriously. She seems elated at the prospect of setting the island in order.
My Melody’s enthusiasm for cleaning up the island might not be shared with the other residents in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, though. It also seems as if My Melody may be working a little too much during the celebration.
How To Participate In The ‘Springtime Celebration’ Event
There are a few ways you can participate in the Springtime Celebration event of 2026:
- Login daily to collect login rewards.
- Run through Spring Flower clusters for Petals.
- Check in-game mail periodically during events for related mail.
- Exchange Petals for rewards.
- Talk to the Nul with the spring flower on their head for event announcements you might have missed.
- Complete daily quests for extra Petals.
There will be 3 flower clusters to run through each day around the Seaside Resort and Cozy Islands. If you’ve missed logging into the game for a few days you may find some extra flower clusters.
You’ll collect 3 Petals for each flower cluster you run through. Be sure to check the higher elevated parts of Seaside Resort that you might not usually check. There are lots of places for the flower clusters to spawn.
How To Use Collected Petals
To use the Petals you’ve collected, visit the Springtime Celebration event booth. You’ll be able to exchange the Petals for a variety of clothing and furniture or decor items.
There are a total of 57 items in the Springtime Celebration event collection. You can see your collection progress by visiting the main menu ‘Collections’.
Select ‘Events’, then ‘Springtime Celebration’ to find every possible collectible for the event. It will include 2026 items, as well as items from any previous celebration events.
Items you’ve collected will be shown in full color. Items you haven’t collected yet will show a silhouette of the item, and ‘???’ instead of the item name. You’ll also be able to check the date you obtained a collection item, just in case you’re curious.
Even if you’re not as thrilled about “Spring Cleaning” as My Melody, you’ll be able to spruce up Friendship Island with this cheery decor. Decor can be placed inside any cabin.
