While February might be cold in some places around the world, there’s nothing that can warm the heart quite like the celebration of love. From February 11th, 2026 to February 25th, 2026 you can join the celebration in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Participate in the ‘Valley Valentines Event’ to obtain some cute rewards. You’ll also be able to help friends in the valley with special tasks.
Prerequisites For The ‘Valley Valentines Event’
For the ‘Valley Valentines Event’, you’ll want to make sure you have at least some of the following characters unlocked:
- Mickey Mouse
- Minnie Mouse
- Donald Duck
- Daisy
- Anna
- Kristoff
- Belle
- Beast
- EVE
- WALL-E
- Flynn
- Rapunzel
- Jasmine
- Aladdin
- Lady
- Tramp
- Prince Eric
- Ariel
- Sally
- Jack Skellington
- Simba
- Nala
- Remy
You’ll also be able to help out Merlin and Scrooge McDuck. Make sure you’ve progressed through enough story to have both accessible.
When you chat with villagers, they may have quests marked as ‘Valley Valentines’. These will be limited-time special event quests.
Valley Valentines Event Activities
To participate in the Valley Valentines Event, you can do the following activities:
- Daily quests
- Special event duties
- Gifting Heart-Shaped Chocolates
Each day, you’ll be able to complete 1 special daily quest. Look for pink icon backgrounds in the list of event quests.
Pink backgrounds should mean there’s a Valley Valentines quest available. You’ll receive Heart-Shaped Chocolates when you complete special event quests.
Heart-Shaped Chocolates can be gifted to villagers to increase their friendship. The special event quests will only appear when visiting the main valley.
Special daily quests will reset at 5:00 AM your local time. This is determined by the time settings of your devices, like a Nintendo Switch if you play on that console.

There are two special event duties for the ‘Valley Valentines Event’.

How To Complete
Complete 2 daily special event quests.
- Cupid’s Confections
How To Complete
Gift 5 Heart-Shaped Chocolates
Completing these duties will require multiple days. You’ll need at least 5 days to be able to complete both duties, so keep that in mind when scheduling play sessions.
When you complete these duties, you’ll receive a Sparkling Hearts Photo Frame and Red Valentine Petals.
