If you’re worried that you’re sliding into the “boring adult” category, it might be time to embrace a little fun and silliness. Peter Pan is one of the best people to visit if you’re looking to chase away boredom.
Prerequisites For The ‘Shadow Tag’ Quest
There’s more than a little mischief in the valley with the ever-young Peter Pan. You may find him a bit taxing, or a nice companion to liven up the valley.
If you want to get his quest, ‘Shadow Tag’, there are a few things you’ll need to do beforehand. Make sure you’ve got the list below covered so you can unlock his first friendship quest.
Unlock the following characters:
- Minnie Mouse
- Sally
- Belle
- The Beast
- Peter Pan
Build the following buildings:
- Minnie’s House
- Beast’s Castle
Have Peter Pan at friendship level 2.
You’ll be able to check the status of the quest at any time under the ‘Quests’ part of the main menu.
Talk To Peter Pan
Once you’ve met all the requirements, you can talk to Peter Pan to start the quest. He’ll explain that he’s lost track of his Shadow and needs to find it.
He also mentioned that he heard Minnie crying for help, and wants to make sure she’s okay. Locate Minnie and talk to her to see what happened.
She thinks the Shadow was in her house while she was watching a scary movie. Check Minnie’s house to see if the Shadow is still lurking there.
Minnie’s lamp should allow you to interact with it to turn on a brighter light. Once you do, you’ll spot the Shadow.
Talk to Peter Pan and Minnie about the situation and to form a plan to capture the Shadow. You’ll need to craft some spotlights at any crafting station in the valley.
To make the 4 Shadow Spotlights:
- 60 Glass
- 24 Iron Ingot
- 8 Diamond
After you craft the spotlights, visit Sally to talk with her. She’ll have special Shadow Thread to help reattach the Shadow after you catch it.
Next, you’ll need to meet Bell, Kristoff, and the Beast inside the Beast’s castle. Talk to Peter Pan to give him the Shadow Thread. You’ll also be able to listen to a conversation, but it is an optional part of the quest.
There will be 4 sparkling spots in the Beast’s castle. Interact with them and place a lantern at each spot.
There will be a conversation to listen to while Kristoff attempts to sew on Peter’s Shadow. Talk to Peter Pan after to see how it went and to complete the quest.
