My Sweet Piano is a Sanrio Character who arrives after progressing with My Melody’s friendship. She helped expand Small Gift Big Smile.
Now, she’s tackling more furniture-themed topics like customization. She needs your help to do some testing of her customization table.
Prerequisites For ‘The Fun In Furniture: Part 2’
To get started on this quest you’ll need to meet the following conditions:
Have My Melody at friendship level 15.
Have My Sweet Piano at friendship level 5.
Complete ‘The Fun In Furniture: Part 1’.
Wait at least one real-life day after completing part 1.
If you’ve met all the conditions for the quest you can talk to My Sweet Piano, who should be waiting for you in My Melody’s shop.
You can check your quest status under the ‘Active Quests’ menu. It will show up under the ‘Friendship Quests’ section.
Help My Sweet Piano Expand The Shop
My Sweet Piano wants to improve furniture customization. She needs to test out the furniture dye table, so she needs you to build a Cottage Dining Chair for testing.
To craft the Cottage Dining Chair, you’ll need the following:
- 5 Wool
- 2 Woodblocks
Once you’ve crafted the chair, return to My Melody’s shop and speak with My Sweet Piano. Interact with the dye table next to My Sweet Piano to change the pattern on the chair.
You’ll see a paintbrush symbol in the lower right corner of your screen to indicate that you can interact with the table. Select the Cottage Dining Chair from the ‘Customize’ menu.
There are two types of customization you can do to the Cottage Dining Chair. You can change the color or pattern of the seat cushion, as well as the color of the wood.
| The number of things that can be customized on furniture will depend upon the furniture being modified. Some may have 3 options, some may have 2 etc. |
Choose a customization and select ‘Craft’. You’ll see a pop-up that confirms the pattern you want, and tells you how many supplies it will take to modify the furniture.
It may use dyes, wool, sticks, fabric, ingots or other items. If you have enough items, apply the customization you chose.
Talk to My Sweet Piano once you’ve customized the chair. This will complete the quest.
