Once you’ve been playing Hello Kitty Island Adventure, you become used to Cinnamoroll hovering around. Though they travel all over the island to deliver mail, they’re never too far away.
It’s a bit alarming when you suddenly can’t locate Cinnamoroll anywhere on the map. Even though you may have this quest in your Active Quests, it may take another quest to trigger this.
If you suddenly can’t find Cinnamoroll anywhere, be sure to check your Active Quests to see if you may already have this quest. Completing the quest should bring back your favorite mailman.
Prerequisites For ‘Cinnamoroll Is Missing’ Quest
In order to get the ‘Cinnamoroll Is Missing’ quest, here’s what you’ll need:
- Have Cinnamoroll at friendship level 14.
- Have Flippers.
- Have Snorkel.
- Have access to Rainbow Reef (underwater).
Once you’ve reached friendship level 14 with Cinnamoroll, the quest will automatically show up in your Active Quests part of the menu under the Friendship Quests section.
Talk To Hangyodon
The first thing you need to do on this quest, is talk to Hangyodon. He should be inside the Comedy Club unless you have an in-progress quest with him.
Once you chat with him, you get the official notice that you’ve started the ‘Cinnamoroll Is Missing’ quest. You’ll need to find a Mailbox Key, but you’ll need to do a few things to get it.
Talk to Cinnamoroll to find out what steps you need to take to retrieve the Mailbox Key. You’ll obtain a propeller hat after chatting with Cinnamoroll.
Get Help From The Nuls
Use the Seaside Resort fast-travel waypoint to find the special Nul. It will be waiting for you with a blue exclamation point over its head.
Talk to the Nul and select the option to give him the hat. Give the Nul the propeller hat, then speak with it again to request to be taken to the plane.
Locate The Mailbox Key On The Plane
To find the Mailbox Key, just head to the back of the airplane. The Mailbox Key will be lying on the ground near the very back of the plane.
To leave the airplane, jump out the small doorway at the front of the plane. You’ll be able to float through the hoops just like you did the first time you disembarked.
Return to the mailbox outside the Comedy Club. To use the Mailbox Key, simply interact with the fast-travel symbol.
This will free Cinnamoroll and complete the quest.
