The Golden Apple Smoothie in Disney Dreamlight Valley is a 2-star meal. You’ll still need the 1 coal to prepare it, or as many coal as the number of smoothies you want to make.
You’ll need the Storybook Vale expansion to make this recipe, with The Elysian Fields unlocked. You’ll need to have Goofy’s stall in the area fully upgraded. This will give you access to the Golden Apples.
You’ll also need to have The Wild Woods area unlocked, and Goofy’s stall almost fully upgraded. The second-to-last item in the stall should give you access to the yogurt.
The Golden Apple Smoothie sells for 299 star coins, and gives you 985 energy for the base recipe. If you want it to sell for more coins, or to give you more energy just incorporate either more Golden Apples, Plain Yogurt, or a combination of the two.
For this smoothie you can even add additional regular fruits to get a wide variety of star coin and energy stats. You can add up to three additional ingredients for a total maximum of 5 ingredients.
While we don’t have real life gold edible apples, we have an even tastier version: the Golden Delicious apple. This apple would actually work just fine in many dishes, probably including smoothies.
