Tramp is an independent dog. He loves roaming outside and doing normal dog things.
The only problem is that he’s bringing Disney Dreamlight Valley some serious dirty dog odors. Help him get cleaned up, at least for a little while.
Prerequisites For The ‘Cleanliness Is Next To Dogliness’ Quest
To get the ‘Cleanliness Is Next To Dogliness’ quest, you’ll need to do the following:
- Have Tramp at friendship level 4 or higher.
- Unlock the following characters:
- Mike Wazowski
- Daisy
- Minnie Mouse
You can check the status of the quest by visiting the main menu ‘Quests’ section. This quest will appear with a Tramp icon.
Talk To Tramp
To officially begin the ‘Cleanliness Is Next To Dogliness’ quest, talk to Tramp once you’ve completed all the prerequisites. Visit Tramp and Lady’s home, and talk to Lady while you’re in their house.
Use your Royal Watering Can to clean up the piles of shells and seaweed inside their home. There should 4 piles to clean, but a few may be clumped together.
Talk to Daisy inside her home about a grooming session for Tramp. Daisy will give you special flower seeds. Grow the seeds and harvest them.
You should end up with:
- 5 Fragrant Hydrangeas
- 5 Fragrant Purple Rising Penstemons
It should take around 5 minutes for the flowers to grow after being watered. You may be able to use one of the Miracle Growth Elixirs on your Royal Watering Can to make them grow immediately.
Return to Daisy’s home with the flowers. Talk to Daisy to hand over the flowers.
Head to Scrooge McDuck’s shop and talk to him to order an Edwardian Dog Bath. You can use the Tramp shortcut icon at the top of the ordering screen to go directly to the proper bath tub.
It will cost you 1,380 Star Coins, even though the quest will tell you the cost is 5,000 star coins. Bring the bath to Daisy’s house.
Talk to Daisy to give her the Edwardian Dog Bath. Interact with the tub to put the Heavy-Duty Dog Shampoo into the bath.
Interact with any Cooking Station in Dreamlight Valley to cook up Mike’s Eau-de-Chien-Soggy perfume. You’ll find the recipe at the top of the recipes with a quest icon.
You’ll need the following ingredients:
- 1 Clam
- 1 Seaweed
- 1 Infused Rich Soil
- 1 Wet Fur (given by Daisy)
Once you’ve made the perfume, talk to Mike Wazowski to deliver it. Return to Daisy’s house and talk to Tramp once you’re inside the house.
You’ll receive the dog bath as a furniture piece to place wherever you want. Chatting with Tramp will complete the quest.
