Disney Dreamlight Valley has recently released the ‘Tales of Agrabah’ update, as well as the new Star Path, ‘Oasis Retreat’. These two content updates alone are enough to keep most of us busy, but Disney had another surprise up its sleeve.

For a very limited time, a mini-event called “Lucky You” is taking place. It’s only 7 days long, so find out exactly what it is and what you need to do to get the few special rewards in time for Saint Patrick’s Day.

Dates Of ‘Lucky You’ Event

For this limited-time event, what you need to know is that it began March 10th, 2025 and runs to March 17th, 2025.

The wording could mean that it includes all of March 17th, or that it could end right before the 17th. To be safe, plan on doing whatever content you want before March 17th.

What To Do For The Event

Disney Dreamlight Valley has a host of different type of events, and most of us are probably familiar with the “collecting” type of event. For the Lucky You event, you’ll be collecting 3-leaf and 4-leaf clovers.

Unlike most holiday collecting events, you’ll be able to find 3 and 4-leaf clovers in any biome in your valley, not just the Plaza area.

You can focus your energies on staying in the areas you can unlock with just the base game. Eternity Isle, and Storybook Vale areas won’t have clovers, so you can ignore them for the duration of the event if you want.

All the base game biomes, including the Frozen Heights and Dazzle Beach can have clovers, so you’ll want to be checking every biome. It doesn’t appear that floating islands will have clovers, so just check the regular biomes.

Also, make sure your biomes have sufficient space for clovers to spawn. Make some room or pick up items like wood and flowers to ensure you have available space.

How Often Can You Collect Clovers?

The Disney Dreamlight Valley blog article stated that you can expect the following timeframes for the 3 and 4-leaf clovers to appear in biomes:

3-Leaf CloverAbout every 15 minutes
4-Leaf CloverAbout every 90 minutes

The frequency of these clovers might make it best to either work on any cleanup that you want to do in your biomes, or to wander around and gather items like wood and fruits while checking for the clovers.

Clovers, like other holiday items, will have sparkles on them when you get close enough. They can be difficult to see since the green of the clovers is similar to that of the grass.

The 3-leaf clovers will appear as a small cluster of clover, while the 4-leaf clover will be a singular clover. It should make the 4-leaf clover a bit easier to spot.

Where To Find ‘Lucky You’ Event Information

In addition to the blog article linked in the section above, you can find a little bit of information about the Lucky You event in the game. If you check the ‘Event’ section in your menu, there’s a new section for this mini-event.

You’ll see options to check out the description, as well as the duties. It’s very simple, but in case more duties are added on a daily basis, be sure to check it throughout the event.

The description section shows that you can achieve two special rewards from the event. You will need many clovers to get these rewards, so collect as many as possible. You also have the option to craft 4-leaf clovers if you have enough 3-leaf clovers.
